Are you facing foreclosure? Know your options. Join us at this FREE foreclosure prevention workshop. 
 
Help is available for homeowners. Meet directly with your mortgage servicer’s Community Outreach Advocate and a HUD-approved Housing Counselor at this free housing outreach event to explore whether a modification, repayment plan, forbearance, or other options can help you to keep your home and avoid foreclosure.

Documents to bring with you to the Workshop:
– 2016 and 2017 Federal Income Tax Returns
– Paystubs for the most recent consecutive 30 days
– If Self-Employed: Profit & Loss Statement for 3 months
– Pension Benefit Statement (if applicable)
– Government Assistance Award Letter (if applicable)
– Rental Lease Agreement (if applicable)
– Bank Statements for the 2 most recent months for all accounts
– Mortgage Statement for the most recent month
– HOA Statement (if applicable)

*Walk-ins are welcome, but you will be placed in open slots only.  We strongly recommend that you schedule an appointment and meet with a counselor in advance for assistance with document preparation and financial review.*
